Can I send a single pallet?+
Yes, you can request transport for a single pallet. We confirm availability, timing and price after checking the route and cargo details.
What is LDM?+
LDM means loading metre: the length of trailer floor occupied by cargo. The planner estimates it from the floor area using a nominal trailer width of 2.4 m. The actual loading arrangement is confirmed when booking.
Can I get a quote without exact dimensions?+
You can send a preliminary enquiry. A final quote requires weight, dimensions and transport requirements. The planner lets you indicate that dimensions are not yet known.
Is insurance included in the price?+
Insurance coverage must be agreed for the specific shipment. Include a description and value of the goods so we can clarify the available options.
