Enquiries and contact details

We use your name, email address, phone number, company details, cargo description and route to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange services. Processing is based on steps before entering a contract or performing a contract; for business contacts, our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry may also apply.

Freight enquiries are stored on our server and emailed to our team. A confirmation is sent to the sender. We retain data for as long as needed for the enquiry or service, and mandatory records for the legally required period. Where needed, we share the information necessary to arrange transport with carriers and service providers.

Cookies and external services

Essential functionality works without analytics consent. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure site use and enquiries. Personalised advertising is disabled. You can change your choice in the footer. Google may process measurement data outside the European Economic Area under its data protection terms.

The map only loads from OpenStreetMap servers after a separate button click, which shares your IP address with the provider. Web fonts may load from Google Fonts servers.

Marketing and your rights

Marketing messages require separate consent. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by emailing info@lvr.ee. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
